Charges

We do not charge for the initial consultation.

We will charge you an hourly rate for the provision of our services plus postage and other incidental costs.

At your first interview, which is free, we will provide you with an estimate of the likely total cost of processing your application and agree an arrangement and method of payment for the completion of our services.

We accept payment either by cheque (with a current guarantee card) or in cash.

The fee you have paid will be placed in a deposit account with our bankers. We will take a proportion of the fee as we complete each stage of the application process.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable in respect of our charges.

Terms and Conditions for Free Advice

While we will generally give free initial advice and evaluations in many cases, this is at our absolute discretion. This service may be withdrawn at any time and for any reason. We may not be able to give you any notice of our intention to stop giving free advice on some or all of our services. Where we do give free advice, we will normally respond quickly to your queries. However, this will not always be possible. By taking advantage of any of our free advice services you are accepting this to be the case
